  1. Take three deep breaths. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.
  2. Stay hydrated.
  3. Take a nap.
  4. Take a bath.
  5. Write a poem.
  6. Light a candle.
  7. Listen to music.
  8. Masturbate.
  9. Affirm yourself. (Here’s one from me to you: You are love. You are enough. And I am grateful that you are here).
  10. Ask for help.
  11. Cry.
  12. Feel all of your feelings.
  13. Sing.
  14. Cook and eat a good meal.
  15. Build an altar.
  16. Go for a walk in nature.
  17. Put your feet in the earth.
  18. Strike a few yoga poses.
  19. Listen to, or play sound bowls.
  20. Start a DIY project.
  21. Meditate for 5 minutes, or more.
  22. Soak in the sun.
  23. Play.
  24. Cuddle.
  25. Write a letter to someone you care about.
